These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wellness with Christy™ Website, which is owned and operated by Christina Thalassinidis, professionally known as Christy Thalassinidis, conducting business under the brand Wellness with Christy™ (hereinafter "we," "us," "our," or the "Coach"), located at www.wellnesswithchristy.com (the "Website"), and all content, services, and products available at, or through the Website, including any digital products or materials not covered by the Client Coaching Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with all the Terms, then you may not access the Website or use the Website, Programs, Services, or content.
2. Eligibility
By accessing or using this Website or purchasing any Programs or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. This Website and the Coach's Programs and Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
3. Coaching Programs, Refunds, and Client Coaching Agreement
Purchases of the Coach's paid coaching programs and services are governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement, which is presented to and must be accepted by each Client before coaching services begin. The Client Coaching Agreement contains the applicable payment terms, cancellation policy, refund provisions, rescheduling policies, and other terms governing the coaching relationship. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Client Coaching Agreement with respect to coaching services, the Client Coaching Agreement shall control.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
4.1. Ownership: The Website and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by "Wellness with Christy™" and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes all text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, worksheets, guides, videos, branding, and other original content made available through the Website or the Coach's Programs and Services.
4.2. Prohibited Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not modify, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content without the Coach's prior written permission.
4.3. Copyright Notice: Unless otherwise indicated, all content available through this Website and the Coach's Programs and Services—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, branding, worksheets, guides, downloads, videos, and other original materials—is the intellectual property of the Coach and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Client or Website user may not use any Program materials or Website content, in whole or in part, to train, develop, fine-tune, prompt, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to create derivative coaching programs, products, or services, without the Coach's prior written consent.
5. Professional Scope of Practice and Medical Disclaimer
THIS IS NOT MEDICAL OR DIETARY MEDICAL ADVICE.
Wellness with Christy™ provides professional health and wellness coaching focused on general health education, motivational support, lifestyle change, and behavioral modification.
5.1. Scope of Practice Limitation: The Coach is an IIN Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), is NOT a licensed medical doctor, registered dietitian (RD), licensed nutritionist, mental health professional, or other state-licensed healthcare provider.
The Coach cannot, and do not, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or ailment, including, but not limited to, Hashimoto's or Fibromyalgia.
The guidance provided in 1:1 sessions, group coaching programs, digital products, and other educational services offered by the Coach, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
5.2. Client Responsibility & Medical Team Collaboration: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions.
Medication Warning: Do NOT stop or change any prescribed medication or treatment protocol (including thyroid medication or other prescriptions) without first consulting your prescribing physician or licensed healthcare provider.
Medical Consultation Requirement: You are required to consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, supplement, exercise, or lifestyle regimen, especially if you have a known medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have received from “Wellness with Christy™”.
5.3. Results / Earnings Disclaimer:
No Guarantee: The Coach is a Health Coach and educator, not a guarantor of results. Any testimonials, case studies, and examples of results used in this website and in marketing materials reflect the unique experiences and results of those individuals and may not be typical. They are not a guarantee that you or any other client will achieve the same or similar results. Your success with “Wellness with Christy™” depends entirely on your own efforts, commitment, motivation, health history, and external factors beyond my control.
Earnings / Financial Claims: Any statements regarding potential income, financial health, or business results are aspirational and are not guarantees of future earnings.
Material Connections Disclosure: If a testimonial uses a person who received free products, services, or any compensation in exchange for their endorsement, a specific disclosure will be posted next to their testimonial stating: “(Name) received a complimentary (product/service) in exchange for their honest review.”
5.4. No Healthcare Provider–Patient Relationship: Your use of this Website or participation in the Coach's Programs or Services does not establish a physician-patient, dietitian-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-patient, or any other licensed healthcare provider-patient relationship. Participation in coaching services establishes only a professional coaching relationship governed by the applicable Client Coaching Agreement.
6. Third-Party, Affiliate Links and Endorsements
6.1. Affiliate Disclosure: The Website, program materials and emails, may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wellness with Christy™. We may earn a commission, fee, or financial credit if you click on one of these links or make a purchase (an "Affiliate Link"). This relationship will be disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.
6.2. No Liability for External Content: Wellness with Christy™ has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, legality, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that you access and use any external links at your own risk.
7. Results and Liability for Digital Products
7.1. No Guarantee: Any claims made about results from using digital products (e.g., eBooks, meal guides), or any nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, available on the Website are not a guarantee. Individuals who choose to access the Website or purchase Programs or Services from outside the United States do so voluntarily and at their own risk. They are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Website, Programs, and Services complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction.
